We just stayed at Sapphire Falls and loved it! You really need to try the Milk Punch at Strongwater Tavern, it was excellent and actually a good value.

Portofino Bay is pure luxury.  Hard Rock is fun and so convenient to the parks. Royal Pacific is always a favorite with fabulous dining options. You cannot go wrong with any of them.
