Sapphire Falls Resort FAQ

What can you tell me about the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort (SFR)?
Heavily landscaped, partially hidden and perched among the ruins of a once thriving sugar mill plantation is the stately and welcoming, Sapphire Falls Resort (SFR). Reminiscent of a leisurely estate in the heart of the tropics, every comfort has been built into this brand new jewel. A 4 story stone turret in lobby and reclaimed wood give the appearance of a island mansion beautifully restored. As you meander through this lush oasis, you notice the cascading blue waterfalls and tropical scents. Sandy stone, crisp, clean walls, reclaimed wood beams and oversized plantation shutters set the tone for barefoot cool. The sound of steel drums and calypso rhythms hint to a richer Caribbean cultural experience to be discovered.

A landscaped 16,000 sq. ft. pool, the largest on Universal property, has cascading waterfalls as its centerpiece. SFR will be Loews’ second largest convention hotel next to its neighboring sister hotel, Loews Royal Pacific Resort.
